| Leadership Development Retreat |
Leadership Development Retreat is the order of the day. Soft skills, Management
skills and Professional skills are the contemporary passwords to effective
leadership. While multinationals and the corporate world queue up for the MBA
professionals, the Church has to do with the available leaders and managers
within her rank.
Such a limited availability of personnel needs to be countered with
greater professionalism and less good will mechanisms. Leadership
Development Retreat for priests & Religious is a DBI response offered to Church,
so that "the person who serves God may be fully qualified and equipped to
do every kind of good deed" (2 Tim: 3,17) |
