This module of 3 days duration is designed for new heads of schools. |

Leadership Development Programme |
LDP-II is designed as an integrated and comprehensive programme of 3 days duration that will strengthen and reinforce the leadership and administrative qualities of Heads /Asst. Heads of schools and school administrators. The participants will explore the concepts of Total Quality Management, visualize schools as learning organizations and update themselves on current trends and professional practices that can bring about excellence in learning, teaching and leadership. |

Principals' Meet |
Principals' Centre provides opportunities for professional development to member principals through short seminars and meetings held at the centre three times a year by providing access to the professional development library at the Institute. |
