The mission of DBI knows no boundary, and training has been our forte with an endeavor to emerge as a reputed training institute. Our aim is to reach out to people across the region and beyond.

To carry forward this mission we have been in collaboration with the Postal Department for more than two and half years. In March 2008 the Department had requested us to conduct training for their officers in their post offices across the state under Project Arrow and that was the first step in partnering with them in this process of motivating their personnel, both old and new inductees. Since then there has been no looking back and we continue to train new officers recruited into the Department. So far we have been able to reach out to around 3100 officers of the Department with a positive impact. We are looking forward to continuing our collaboration with the Postal Department to bring about a positive change in the Department. Mrs. Harini Madhavan, Mr.Palash Kalita, Mr. Andrew Marak are the main resource person of the training ably assisted by Jeffrey Islary & Dr. Anil R. Dungdung.
